Exclusive on
GPF (General Provident Fund) Final Payment
Of-course, all of us know about the GPF (General Provident Fund) which includes monthly subscription of the the employees joined in the services before Dt: 01-01-2004. Employees those who joined the services on or after Dt: 01-01-2004 are treated with CPS (Compensatory Pension Scheme).
Now Discuss about the GPF (General Provident Fund) Final Payment:

As per the reference study above, the rule states that "The amount at credit of the subscriber shall become payable when he retires/quits the service or death".
How to apply?
1. Update the SR (Service Register) with nominee details, GPF A/c No. details etc.,
2. Gather the organization records stating GPF Subscription/ Loan (in case of deceased employee).
3. In case of death the following particulars must be gathered:
a) Date of death :
(Copy of death certificate to be enclosed)
b) Religion of Deceased Government
c) Details of the surviving members of the family on the date of death of
the subscriber.
(Copy of the Family Members Certificate issued by concerned Tahsildar is necessary)
Now Fill up the GPF PROPOSAL FORM and send to the following address:
The Accountant General
Andhra Pradesh, HYDERABAD
(Note: Through the Head of office in case of Non-Gazetted and
Through Head of the department in case of Gazetted officers)
